USAA: Now with More Awesome

Overheard on Twitter yesterday...

draperha I love USAA so much. They must inject all of their phone reps with happiness and competence before every shift.
USAA @draperha Oh no, our secret is out! Who told you? :) We are honored to serve our members and try our best to take excellent care of them.

  1. I know, right? Everytime I email USAA, I received ridiculously happy messages back.

  2. Hey! I think I know you! Actually I've never met you, but you're Rachael's friend right? We're roommates/colleagues in SL. She tells me stories about her friend in the foreign service all the time and I remember she mentioned Saudi Arabia and Turkey, so that certainly narrows the odds... Anyway, hi, nice blog. :) i'm jennifer by the way

  3. *L*

Seriously, though. . . I would NEVER get insurance with anyone else because I KNOW that I'm guaranteed a positive response every time I telephone.

  4. Hi Jen! I heard you got Pickering - so happy for you! Keep in touch, and if you have any questions, get my email from Duckie!

  5. Hello - I'm another new one to your site! Totally agree with everyone about USAA. We had Clements when we first moved overseas 7 years ago, but left them to go to USAA in between overseas postings because their service was FAR better and offered us so much more!

I just hope they're as easy to use in the US when we move back next month ... and I need to buy a car!

  6. USAA does not cover where we live (Cairo, and now Amman) but we still hold rental auto insurance (?? What do they call it? Non-owner? It keeps our auto insurance coverage current in the US, and covers rentals.), we have property insurance with them, and do some banking and investing with them. They are spectacular!
